The City of Cedar Park, Texas announced that it will have zero tolerance for those drivers pulled over who cannot prove that they have liability insurance coverage. Texas law requires that all vehicles be covered with a minimum of $30,000.00 in liability insurance coverage. Despite this being the law, some studies show that about 25% of all drivers in Texas have zero liability insurance coverage.
